Being on Corfi Island, we never saw the cars with russian numbers, though a lot of old "Lada" and "Niva" we have met on the roads - probably, some years back USSR actively had sold its in Greece. Between that there are a lot of British carss, and Britain is situated almost on the same distance from Corfu Island, as Moscow is (Britain nevertheless will be closer). While I had many cars trips till USSR under communism, we come to an idea - to make a car trip along the Europe under capitalism As the Greeks since the last year form Shengen visas. So we have decided in this, 2000, year to depart on Corfu Island Корфу by car. For this purpose it was necessary to solve a number of problems.
