Ipsos. Pirgi.

Ipsos is located on the east coast of the Island absolutely near to Corfu-Town, maybe 15 - 20  minutes y car. This is long, two kilometer beautiful bay. Here the road goes along beach, separating a sandy beach from long chain of bars, restaurants, cafe, offices and hotels. After Ipsos and Pirgi the road departs from shores of the sea.

Ipsos is well known, untwisted resort. Perhaps, Sidari and Ipsos are two resorts, most popular in Europe. First time we have hitted in Ipsos in a 1998 in the evening in the end of July, returning whence y car. We seemed, that we rode through continuous two-kilometer pab. One speaks, that in Ipsos and in Dasia especially love to come off the NATO's seamen, when their vessels are defended in Kerkira's port.

Where Ipsos terminates and where Pirgi begins, it is difficult to tell.

It seems, it is completely impossible to have a rest here. However it is necessary to recede on 100 meters from a forward line of cafe, of bars and restaurants and you can find the set of small-sized hotels, studios, apartments "to let" for the reasonable price, with pools, small bars in the second line of town.
